Light and tangy, this arugula, radish and feta salad keeps it simple without sacrificing flavor.

Ingredients

  • ½ pound Arugula, coarsely chopped
  • 1 bunch radishes, thinly sliced
  • Mustard Vinaigrette
  • ½ cup feta, crumbled

Recipe

  1. Prepare mustard vinaigrette and set aside.
  2. Toss arugula and radishes in vinaigrette. Top with feta.
